Self esteem has a lot to do with the way a person views himself....'as a man thinketh', so he is... thinking good things about yourself can go a long way in helping you easily foster the same in your children.

Sociological studies show that parents are the most important agents in a child's life because they are responsible for helping a child form the opinions or views that he/she eventually uses to respond to life.....your role as a parent in shaping good opinions in your kids is therefore vital.

The best time to develop self confidence in a person is when he/she is a young because at this time the child is building a reservoir of values that will not be very easy to dislodge at a later phase.
